Terms and Conditions

- The store undertakes to prepare the order and prepare it for shipment after receiving its price, including shipping charges, within a period ranging between 1-2 working days to be delivered to the representative of the shipping company. Delay is considered in cases such as official holidays in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or any circumstances beyond our control.

- After ordering, in the event that a product(s) is not available in stock, the customer will be notified of this, and he will be given the choice between replacing the expired product with another product, taking into account the price differences before shipment, and refunding the amount of that product to the customer"s card or bank account.

Equipment with a manufacturer defect:

The customer will be contacted within 3 days only from the date of receiving the shipment, and the customer must ship the product to the address of Dara store in the same original condition. The shipping value shall not exceed the customer’s invoice and the customer is not entitled to claim anything if more than seven days have passed or if the defect is caused by misuse and storage (coordination with the store to return the shipment through the shipping companies that the store deals with)

- The customer is not entitled to claim any refunds or price differences, or replace the shipment as a result of reducing the price, adding offers, providing newer products, or the like.

- The order cannot be canceled after it has been shipped to the customer, and the customer has the right to recover the value of his order, including the shipping value, only if his waiting for his order exceeds more than 15 days from the time of shipment of the order, provided that the administration of Dara® is notified via social media messages within a period not exceeding Ten days from the time of the invoice so that we can follow up on the matter or the shipment will be treated as a neglected shipment that the customer ignored receiving or following up with the shipping service provider (see the previous term).

- The announced delivery and shipping times are expected, approximate, and not accurate, and it may happen that some shipments are delayed for the aforementioned period for the delivery of the order for one reason or another. Dara® Store does not bear this delay or its consequences, and the customer is not entitled to claim any refunds or compensation as a result of it, especially if The shipping service provider did not exceed the period specified in the E-Commerce Regulations, which is 15 days, with the exception of abnormal circumstances such as pandemics and disasters.

- The store has the right to control, whether updating, deleting or otherwise, all information and offers entered in it, whenever it deems appropriate, and without giving any reasons or providing any explanations or compensation for any party whatsoever.

- The customer is obligated to maintain his membership information of devices, numbers, addresses or any other information in the store and he is responsible for disclosing any personal information about him. The client is not the one who did it.

- By registering as a customer with us, you agree to be contacted via e-mail or by phone, by calling, texting, WhatsApp, or through any other means of communication, whether for advertising and promotional purposes, or for technical or logistical purposes, knowing that the store management will constantly send emails or promotional text or notices to let you know of any changes, actions, promotions, new offers, discounts or merchandise that may be added to the Store.

- You, as a customer, are aware and understand that Dara® Store will strive to provide the highest possible quality to its users, and will try to develop these services and maintain them security in order to preserve your privacy at all times, but our store is like everything on the Internet. We do not guarantee the continuity and stability of its services permanently, nor do we guarantee the safety of work “Servers” all the time or not being exposed to any malfunctions or illegal targeting operations that may cause any information about customers to be leaked or to perform any operations on their behalf despite all the security precautions that we have taken and will take throughout the store’s working period.

- The site laws are subject to the regulations and laws of the e-commerce system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

- Your use of the store and your purchase from it means that you agree to and be informed of all the above terms and conditions, and the store management has the right to modify them whenever they want, and users will be notified of the existence of modifications by mail or through any means of communication it deems appropriate.
